Founded by Britni Gallello, a licensed Arizona real estate agent with a passion for design, The Gilded Cactus was built from years of seeing firsthand how presentation impacts buyer emotion, perceived value, and ultimately, sale price. What started as helping real estate clients prepare their homes for market naturally evolved into a full-service staging company focused on making homes stand out in a crowded market.
By combining real estate expertise with thoughtful, elevated design, we help sellers showcase not just a house, but a lifestyle buyers can instantly connect with.
How staging works
Consultation
Every project starts with a walkthrough of the home to evaluate layout, style, and opportunities to enhance how the space shows to buyers.
Staging
Once approved, we install the agreed-upon furniture, artwork, and décor to elevate the home for listing photos and showings. Installations take 1-2 days, depending on the size of the home.
De-Stage
When the home goes under contract or the staging period ends, we schedule a convenient time to remove all staging items — typically within 5–7 days of closing or listing expiration.

Pricing starts at $2,999 and includes everything above for homes up to 2,500 square feet, with staging provided for up to 30 days. Additional rooms can be added for $500–$1,000 each, depending on the room size and type. If the home needs to remain staged beyond the initial 30 days, additional months are billed at 50% of the original staging fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the project's scope, location, or specific needs.
